Blood of Sargeras is a BoP item used in most high-end crafting recipes as well as Obliterum. There are achievements for building the forge and destroying crafted items: Fel-Smelter, Mass Obliteration. You can incinerate old crafted items at the Dalaran Forge to acquire this item. Obliterum is an item that will increase the ilvl of your crafted gear by 5, from 835 to 885 in Patch 7.2.5. These reward top-level reagents for gathering professions and some higher-rank recipes for crafting professions. At skill level 100 and player level 110, Profession World Quests open up.
